From Harajuku Station (JR Yamanote Line) Follow the blue line. Take the Omotesando Exit from JR Harajuku Station and walk along Omotesando toward Aoyama, until the second pedestrian crossing bridge. The hospital is located on the left side of the street. It takes 15 minutes on foot. From Omote-sando Station (Tokyo Metro) Follow the red line.Take Exit A2 from Tokyo Metro Omote-sando Station. The hospital will be the red brick building in front of you. The entrance is on the right of the bridge. For wheelchair users From Tokyo Metro Omotesando Station, wheelchair users will have an easier and a safer access by taking the A-1 exit, Elevator access. If you leave the lift on the street level and go over the crossing, you will see the hospital ahead of you on your left. From Meiji-jingumae Station (Tokyo Metro) Follow the blue line. Meiji-jingumae Station Exit 5 is the closest exit to the hospital. As shows on the above map,You will be on the side of Laforet Harajuku at the Jingumae crossing. Cross Meiji-dori and follow the blue line to the hospital.
